A scintillating trek out of the ordinary, the Manaslu Circuit Trek loops around Manaslu Conservation Area and gives a taste of the trails under the shadows of the Manaslu range. This trek to the base camp of 8th highest Mountain in the World, Manaslu Himal (8163m), combines adventure trekking in the Himalayas with a heritage trek of Tibetan Plateau with a Tibetan cultural influence. Add to that, an off-the-beaten-track experience and this trek is one that will fill your memories for a long while.
The Manaslu Circuit trek in Nepal starts with your arrival in Kathmandu. A sightseeing tour of the capital city includes destinations like Pashupatinath and Boudhanath which display the magnitude of religious tolerance and stature of art and culture in the valley. The tour is followed by a road trip to Arughat Bazaar, the jump point of this trek. The trail along towering hills and a gurgling Budhi Gandaki River will take to Soti Khola and Machha Khola. The track diverges slightly off the rivers and tributaries to give you a taste of remote living and unique lifestyle as you stop at the villages of Jagat, Deng, and Namrung. Then, you arrive at the highlight of this trip as you take on beautiful terrain to Sama Gaon which is a stop prior to the Manaslu Base Camp. At the base camp, engulfed in the pristine beauty of the Himalayas, observe the panoramic views of Sonam, Himalchuli, and Pangbuche Himal ranges in addition to the Mt. Manaslu (8163m). The trip then heads on a circuitous route to Samdo and Dharmasala before conquering the Larkya La Pass (5160m). Combining a Tibetan culture owing to the proximity to Tibet, enjoy the hike to Bimthang and Syange as you visit famous monasteries and gompas on your way back. This trek is best treated during spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November).
Ace Vision Treks is proud to bring you this off-the-beaten-path trek to taste a complete Himalayan experience. The Manaslu circuit trek is a unique adventure trekking activity and our team of expert guides and porters guarantee a pleasant and enlightening trip.

An incredible experience: Manaslu Trek with Ganesh in 2018! My wife and I decided at the end of 2017 to travel to Nepal for trekking in October 2018. Friends gave us the advice to get in touch directly with Ganesh, with whom they travelled several years ago. So we have contacted him by email and whatsapp - we never regret this decision! We were not sure about the trek (Annapurna, Manaslu etc.) and so we asked him, what he would prefer. He gave us the advice to make the Manaslu Circuit (less crowded, more beautiful). He has arranged our complete stay in Nepal: 12 days Manaslu Circuit, a few days Pokhara incl. sight seeing, trekking in Kathmandu Valley, sightseeing in Bhaktapur and Pashupatinath. It was perfect! Ganesh, thank you for your service and your friendship! It was our first journey to Nepal, but we hope, that it will not be the last one. We hope to see you again, Ganesh!
Manaslu Trek Doing the Manaslu Trek was one of the biggest adventures, we did so far. It was a privileg to visit Nepal and this beautiful area. Further we were super lucky to had Ganesha as our Guide. We had such a good time...not only guiding us through the nature, he told us a lot about culture, religion and people of Nepal. We still remember the evenings sitting and laughing together - he became a good friend: thank you so much Ganesha!!
Ganesh is more than a guide. He is a representing is country with his knowledge smile and enthusiasm. He is a friend who will always have a nice word and help. He is a magician that transformed what was supposed to be a treck into a life experience. Thanks Mate! Hope to see you soin with Uncle for another adventure!
This is the experience of a lifetime! We did three weeks on the Manaslu Circuit with Ganesh and he blew us away. He had everything planned in advance with absolutely no hiccups (all planned over email prior to arrival) - from picking us up at the airport, to planning our hotel stay and all of our permits and jeep transportation was spot on! Ganesh was a tremendous resource for us on our trek, answering all of our crazy questions and sharing so much interesting knowledge we would have never known if it weren't for him. He taught us local Nepali card games and local phrases and was excellent at spotting wildlife and different plants we had never seen before. Most importantly his positive attitude and encouragement was so much appreciated on our long days when our legs were getting tired and backs were sore. Everything you could ever ask for in a guide. I cannot recommend him enough. THANK YOU, Ganesh!! -Brant & Brittany
