Bungee Jump in the Last Resort

The Last Resort is one of the most spectacular and the oldest destinations for Bungee jumping in Nepal. The ultimate jump takes place on a 166m wide steel suspension bridge from a height of around 525ft (160 m) over the wild Bhotekoshi River in the midst of green high hills. This outstanding 525ft drop into the Bhotekoshi river gorge is one of the longest jumps in the world.

The Last Resort is a 3-hour drive to the north from Kathmandu. The Bungee jump is operated by The Last Resort and is one of the popular adventure sports in Nepal. Situated over the Bhotekoshi River gorge near the Nepal-Tibet border, the jump is sure to offer you more than just a skip of your heartbeat. This Bungee Bridge is the longest suspension bridge in Nepal and is operated by skilled and experienced Bungee instructors providing international standard security. However, you do have to be above 18 years of age and have a weight between 40 to 100 kilograms. The best time for bungee jumping is from mid-April to the end of May when the weather is clear and pleasant. However, it can be enjoyed throughout the year.



Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Last Resort (Sindhupalchowk)|3-4 Hrs

The Last Resort lies a 3-hour drive away from Kathmandu near the Nepal-Tibet border. After you reach Last Resort, you can either choose to go Bungee jumping the same day or the next day. The jump is from the 525ft high suspension bridge in the midst of hills over the wild Bhotekoshi River, which provides the jumpers ultimate adrenalin rush and near-death experience. After the exhilarating jump, you can rest and, later, indulge in other activities around the resort. Overnight stay at The Last Resort.


Day 02: Drive back from Last Resort to Kathmandu | 3-4 Hrs

The next day, you will drive back to Kathmandu with the memory of a lifetime. On the way back to Kathmandu, you will witness fleeting glimpses of settlements and gorgeous landscape scenery. In Kathmandu, you can make further plans for other trips across the country.

Bungee Jump in Hemja, Pokhara

Pokhara is famous for its adventures activities like paragliding, zip-lining, biking, and boating to name a few. Nowadays, it is also well-known for the Water touch Bungee jump. It is the first and the only tower bungee jump in Nepal. The jump is from a height of 80m consisting of the 50m high cliff and 30m high tower into a natural pond with 15-20 m deep water.

Water touch bungee jump is located at Hemja which is a 45-minute drive from Lakeside, Pokhara. This jump site also offers a spectacular view of various mountains like Annapurna (8091m), Machhapuchhre (6997m), and Dhaulagiri (8167m) along with the beautiful valleys and lakes making it one of the most enjoyable destinations for bungee jumping in Nepal. AM/PM: Drive to Hemja (Bungee Place) from Lakeside | 45 Mins

Water Touch Bungee JumpatHemja, Pokhara is from a 50m high cliff and 30m high steel tower into a natural pond. You get on a drive to Hemja from Lakeside which takes around 45 min. On the way to Hemja, you can observe lush hills and hillside settlements. You prepare for the jump and enjoy a genuine thrill as you make the jump. Later, you return to Pokhara and mark the success of the jump with celebrations. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pokhara.
