From start to finish, the service was mind-blowing, all thanks to the incredible owner, Ganesh. He is shockingly responsive, deeply sensitive to your needs, and has an uncanny ability to read your mind during the planning phase to deliver exactly what you are looking for.

Finding him through a travel blog was the luckiest stroke of shorthand planning ever! Since his office is perfectly situated in the heart of Thamel, it is a total game-changer for anyone landing in Kathmandu without fixed plans or mountain gear. Ganesh went totally above and beyond, meeting up multiple times at the hotel and office to chat, brainstorm, and build a completely customized, out-of-the-box itinerary for the trek. 

As someone who did EBC with another company in the past which was completely commercial and a lack of care is what made me look for an alternative and I am lucky to find Ganesh and his team who not only helped with the trek, but also gave us a city tour with a guide that blew me away with lot of information about Nepal and culture. Ganesh provided lightning-fast, real-time guidance on gear shopping and had everything fully prepped and ready to roll within just two to three days!

Walking the trails with Guide Ramesh, his expert insights proved right every single time through out the trek and he did helped me with my backpack when things were tough, which I really appreciate from bottom of my heart. Roshan who is our another young guide is fun to trek with, lightened our mood, motivated through out to keep the pace, helped above and beyond through out the journey.

We did Manaslu Circuit Trek with Ace Vision in March-April time. If I want to summarise our experience in one word, it's AMAZING!!

We started planning from December. We contacted Ace Vision through WhatsApp and they were very friendly and helpful from the beginning. The owner Mr. Ganesh was very responsive with all our queries. He came to receive us in the airport, took us to the hotel, helped us buy gears and after our tour was over, he accompanied us back to the airport.

Our guide and porter were also amazing people. Our guide took very good care of us during the trek. We had good accommodation and food. My wife and I are not very experienced hikers so the journey was very difficult for us but our guide took very good care of us which made the journey easier! Our porter was very strong, experience and humble guy. We enjoyed their company very much.

One special thing that we loved very much is the fruits plate they served at every dinner!

I don't know about others, but Ace Vision are top notch. I chose them because they had good reviews, which they undoubtedly deserved, and for the fair price they asked for. Communication was top notch, as were all the services offered. They greeted us nicely at the airport, arranged a helicopter flight to Lukla for us because the planes weren't flying due to the weather, at no extra cost.
We also thank the porter who accompanied us, Indra, and who made our trip easier. The route to EBC was a dream, and that's thanks to Ace Vision. We thank them once again and hope to have the opportunity to use their services again. You are the best!

From the moment I landed in Nepal to the moment I left, Ace Vision took care of every single detail. Ganesh was always very responsive and informative when we exchanged emails (over a year) to plan my trip.

I booked a private 11-day trek to Gokyo Valley and Gokyo Ri with Tengboche Monastery and completed it successfully. The trek was planned out so perfectly that I had no trouble acclimatising and was lucky enough not to have any AMS symptoms. Mr Lal was my guide and he was very knowledgeable about the route and the area, and seemed to know all the teahouse owners and the porters on the trail. The trail was very beautiful and I trekked through many small villages. As it was the beginning of the season, there weren't many people on the trail yet, and I only saw large groups on the day I was trekking back down to the Lukla Airport.

The city tour of Kathmandu was also very interesting and unexpected as it was more focused on a less conventional tour of Patan.

I would highly recommend booking with this company!
