If you are normal person and do not do any exercise or sports, you can think about Everest base camp trekking. With 4 to 6 weeks of preparation, you good to go for this trek. How long can you travel in Nepal?

The standard Everest base camp trek and Manaslu circuit trek are 12 days & 16 days long, respectively. You extend EBC trek to Gokyo Lakes and Manaslu circuit trek to Tsum Valley.
