What trekking itinerary is on offer in Nepal?
Everest Base Camp Trek
What does the Everest Base Camp Trek involve? It is a walk to the bottom of the highest peak in the world, Mt. Everest. The base camp is at an altitude of 5,364 meters. The classic trek route is famous among trek enthusiasts across the world.
The trek starts in Lukla in the Khumbu region. The route passes through ancient Sherpa villages and monasteries. The trail also features forests of rhododendron flowers among other vegetation. Glacial valleys and mountain scenery are invaluable elements of the journey. In addition to Everest, the views of Lhotse and Ama Dablam accompany you along the trail. Standing at the base camp is a milestone for all trekkers.
Depending on the days for acclimatization and return journey, the Everest Base Camp Trek may be completed within 10 to 16 days. The most recommended trail duration of the Everest Base Camp trek is 12 to 13 days. This comprises 2 acclimatization days at Namche and Dingboche. This allows a safe climb to avoid issues of altitude sickness.
Some offer a 14 to 16-day itinerary with an extra day in case of flight delays. It may also have more rest days on the trek.
Likewise, if you return by Chopper from Gorakshep or Kala Patthar, it saves 3-4 days of downhill trekking. This is suitable for time-constrained trekkers.
But if combined with other treks, either the Gokyo Valley via Cho La Pass or the Three Passes Trek, then its length can be up to 21 days.
Ace Vision is the best tour and trekking company in Nepal. We booked an Everest Base Camp and Lobuche East trek and we were nothing short of amazed every day. Subba, our trekking guide along with Gopol and Basol, our porters, were professional, caring and knowledgeable. - Anthony Crossley, USA

Gokyo Valley Trek
Can I choose the Gokyo Valley trek for my trek in Nepal? Definitely. The route takes you through cultural Sherpa villages. You can see ancient monasteries. And glaciers are a part of the higher sections of the route.
One of the highlights of the trek is an ascent to the Gokyo Ri. It is at an altitude of 5,357 meters. And this destination makes the trek truly special. You are treated to stunning views of peaks such as Everest and Lhotse from this point. Cho Oyu and Makalu are also visible.
Likewise, the trekking route is not as crowded as other popular trek routes available in Nepal.
The 13-day Gokyo Valley Trek Itinerary includes hikers arrival with next destinations. The duration includes acclimatization days in Namche and Gokyo or Machhermo.
One may opt for a Chopper return from Gokyo, which can reduce the days in the itinerary. The itinerary extends in case you add extra nights in Gokyo.
Or one may even combine the route with the Cho La Pass crossing to Everest Base Camp. It can stretch the trek between 17 and 19 days.
I highly recommend Ace Vision Treks & Tours for anyone considering a trekking adventure in the Gokyo valley. Central to my recommendation is Ganesh, the owner, whose service is outstanding in its attentiveness, responsiveness, and deep understanding of client needs. He skillfully incorporates client feedback into his business, enhancing the overall experience. During the planning stages of our treks, I was impressed by his intuitive grasp of our preferences and concerns. - Jerg Luetkens, Germany

Manaslu Circuit Trek
What is so special about the Manaslu Circuit Trek? Being part of this trek means traveling to one of the remotest trekking regions of Nepal.
It is a journey around the base of Mt. Manaslu. It is the eighth-highest peak in the world. The route takes you through rugged trails. You need to pass through isolated villages with influences of Tibetan Buddhism. Monasteries and mani walls are common in the upper regions.
The trek includes a crossing over Larkya La Pass. It is at an altitude of 5,106 meters. The pass is known as one of the most dramatic passes of Nepal. And as you will be trekking to a restricted area or Nepal, you need to obtain a special permit.
The shortest time to complete the Manaslu Circuit trek is about 13 days. However, it is possible to extend the trek up to 20 days. This depends on your fitness level as a trekker. It determines the trek pace. The need for acclimatization is another factor.
Likewise, if you opt for side trips and extensions, then the duration is going to increase. If you choose the Manaslu Annapurna Circuit Trek, it can go up to 24 days. Tsum Valley with Manaslu Circuit Trek is also 24 days.
Ace Vision Treks & Tours is outstanding. The owner, Ganesh, is an amazing person who is filled with positivity, energy, and generosity. This alone will make your experience on any trek with him once in a lifetime (I did the Manaslu Circuit Trek with him, and it was incredible). Beyond that, he has been leading Himalayan treks for 15+ years and is an extremely knowledgeable guide. He is also just a highly trustworthy person and great friend. - Gabriella Wallk, USA

Is it true that the Everest View Trek offers an easy journey in the Everest region? You heard it right. This is a shorter trek that promises the best views of Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam among other peaks.
The itinerary for this trek does not include an ascent to the Everest Base Camp. Rather, you follow the same route, but reach Tengboche. And then return from there. As such, the overall trekking experience is easier and comfortable as you do not go above 4,000 meters.
You are able to finish this trek in about 5 to 11 days. The trek is possible in 5 days if you choose to reach up to Hotel Everest View and return from there. It can extend up to 11 days if Tengboche is your final destination.
