Ganesh was very responsive before my trip and was always ready to answer any queries I had, which put me at ease.

He gave me a very warm welcome once I arrived and was always very open to any last-minute changes I requested. He provided a guide that was very experienced and who understood what I wanted from the treks. As a result, he made very good decisions on the trek, most not even prompted by me but was exactly what I didn’t know I needed.

At the end of the trek, Ganesh also came personally to see me off and listened attentively to all feedback I had for him, both positive and negative.

Pro tip: it’s helpful to be as clear as you can about your needs so that adjustments can be made so that you are comfortable during your trip. Ganesh takes his clients wishes very seriously and never dismisses any concerns they might have.

Ganesh organized a trek for me that combined the Tamang Heritage and Langtang Valley routes. Working with Ganesh is a full-service experience--Ganesh went above and beyond to help in every way possible, from helping me decide which routes to trek and working out the details based on my questions and feedback, to helping me arrange things to do in the days immediately before and after the trek. Lal was great to have as the guide for the trek, his long experience and his care for his guests and for everyone he meets was very evident.

I can’t recommend Ace Vision highly enough. I visited Nepal in October, and it was Ganesh who made the whole trip so memorable. He was there waiting for me when I landed at Kathmandu airport, and from that moment onward he consistently ensured that all of my needs were met. He really went above and beyond over and over again. I did the 'ABC trek' with Ganesh and it was truly remarkable.. the landscape was so incredibly beautiful every step of the way. I believe that your guide can make or break the trekking experience, and Ganesh was a brilliant guide. Often he would stop to point out fruits growing on the side or a trail, or little mammals hiding. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and he was a pleasure to chat with. In October 2018 we wanted to travel to Nepal for the first time. Friends recommended that we approach Ganesh from Ace Vision directly. This recommendation was worth its weight in gold: He gave us very competent advice in advance regarding planning, equipment and the tour. We then booked the Manaslu Trek, Pokhara, and Kathmandu Valley. Ganesh accompanied us on-site from start to finish and guided us in a highly professional manner. Before I get into details, I really just have to say that the owner Ganesh is amazing. Incredible service, so responsive, and sensitive to his customer’s needs. It’s clear that he has listened intently to customer feedback and integrates it into his service. There were times when I felt like he knew exactly what I was thinking and feeling regarding the planning of my trek.

I came across Ganesh on a random travel blog about trekking in Nepal. The authors highly recommended him and gave his email. I sent him a message and the rest was smooth sailing.

Ganesh’s office is conveniently located in the heart of Thamel. This made a big difference. If you’re like me and come to Kathmandu without plans or gear, you’ll likely be walking around shops a lot, buying things, and also considering different options for treks. Ganesh met me at my hotel to discuss my thoughts on the trek multiple times, and I was also able to chat with him at his office on my way back to my hotel after exploring the city once or twice. This was SUPER convenient and allowed him to really understand what I was looking for and customize the trek. It also allowed me to get fantastic guidance on what I needed to buy in real time. I don’t have a great deal of trekking experience, so a 3 week trip in the Himalayas is not a joke. With Ganesh’s help, I was able to put together an amazing itinerary and was totally prepared to go within just a 2-3 days of starting to plan. It was also not a very typical itinerary, which reflected how well Ganesh listened to what I was looking for and the dialogue we had in putting it all together. He shared insights with me that influenced my decisions about where to go, and while I was on the trek, there were multiple instances when I thought to myself, “ooh, this is what Ganesh was talking about!”

Finally, Ganesh personally came to pick me up and to me off at the airport. He didn’t need to do that. This is probably the most impressive thing about him. He is incredibly professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.

I can’t speak highly enough about Ace Adventures and Ganesh. Everything about my experience was awesome and I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is coming to explore Nepal and appreciates super considerate and earnest service.

I contacted Ganesh at Ace Vision Treks and Tours in Kathmandu after reading a recommendation on a hiking blog. He did an excellent job helping my wife and I organize the trek that suited us best in the timeframe we had available. We combined the Manaslu and key sections of the Annapurna circuit over 18-days. Dawa Sherpa always greeted us with a smile, and was so resilient and strong carrying our luggage! On our more challenging past days, he would go ahead, drop our luggage off, and then return to us to help & even one time bring back hot tea to warm us up.
