In October 2018 we wanted to travel to Nepal for the first time. Friends recommended that we approach Ganesh from Ace Vision directly. This recommendation was worth its weight in gold: He gave us very competent advice in advance regarding planning, equipment and the tour. We then booked the Manaslu Trek, Pokhara, and Kathmandu Valley. Ganesh accompanied us on-site from start to finish and guided us in a highly professional manner. We are still in contact with him and hope to see him again soon. My wife and I absolutely recommend Ganesh and his team!

Before I get into details, I really just have to say that the owner Ganesh is amazing. Incredible service, so responsive, and sensitive to his customer’s needs. It’s clear that he has listened intently to customer feedback and integrates it into his service. There were times when I felt like he knew exactly what I was thinking and feeling regarding the planning of my trek.

I came across Ganesh on a random travel blog about trekking in Nepal. The authors highly recommended him and gave his email. I sent him a message and the rest was smooth sailing.

Ganesh’s office is conveniently located in the heart of Thamel. This made a big difference. If you’re like me and come to Kathmandu without plans or gear, you’ll likely be walking around shops a lot, buying things, and also considering different options for treks. Ganesh met me at my hotel to discuss my thoughts on the trek multiple times, and I was also able to chat with him at his office on my way back to my hotel after exploring the city once or twice. This was SUPER convenient and allowed him to really understand what I was looking for and customize the trek. It also allowed me to get fantastic guidance on what I needed to buy in real time. I don’t have a great deal of trekking experience, so a 3 week trip in the Himalayas is not a joke. With Ganesh’s help, I was able to put together an amazing itinerary and was totally prepared to go within just a 2-3 days of starting to plan. It was also not a very typical itinerary, which reflected how well Ganesh listened to what I was looking for and the dialogue we had in putting it all together. He shared insights with me that influenced my decisions about where to go, and while I was on the trek, there were multiple instances when I thought to myself, “ooh, this is what Ganesh was talking about!”

Finally, Ganesh personally came to pick me up and to me off at the airport. He didn’t need to do that. This is probably the most impressive thing about him. He is incredibly professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.

I can’t speak highly enough about Ace Adventures and Ganesh. Everything about my experience was awesome and I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is coming to explore Nepal and appreciates super considerate and earnest service.

I contacted Ganesh at Ace Vision Treks and Tours in Kathmandu after reading a recommendation on a hiking blog. He did an excellent job helping my wife and I organize the trek that suited us best in the timeframe we had available. We combined the Manaslu and key sections of the Annapurna circuit over 18-days. His communication was excellent. This was the best experience I could have possibly imagined! If you are looking at traveling to Nepal for trekking, I highly recommend booking with Ace Vision.

My partner and I went on an individual tour this year in April/May 2023. It was my first trip to Nepal - the tour that Ganesh picked for us was mind-blowing and I am still amazed by how kind, helpful and amicable he was from the first contact until the day we had to travel back.

He organized everything for us, he gave us advice on what clothes to bring, he provided us with sleeping bags and jackets, and he always answered to all our questions and concerns in a timely manner, despite the time difference.
Also, we had to book quite short term which is often a gamble since accommodation may be booked out or guides may be unavailable. But Ganesh made it all possible for us and assured that we had everything we needed, including a certain flexibility (itinerary/schedule). THANK YOU!!

All in all, the communication was smooth, he always made sure that we were ok, both before and during the trip. The guide and porter he organized for us were knowledgable and fun - We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Amazing 3 weeks in Nepal.

The best experience as a solo traveller in my life.

Highlights: Kathmandu, Pokhara, Annapurna circuit trek, Chitwan safari, Lumbini, Nagarkot, Bhaktapur.

Everything was perfectly managed and organised by Ganesh (Ace Vision), who took great care about every single detail and made this trip a unique and fantastic experience.

A special thank goes to guides Dawa, Samir, Santosh, to all the drivers and the friendly people I’ve met who helped me and made this trip a joy.

We created a private and personalized itinerary with Ganesh and he went above and beyond to help us with our bucket-list holiday.

We were greeted by Ganesh at the airport and transferred to our hotel in Thamel. We spent a day sightseeing around Kathmandu, then had a meeting to go through our packing list to ensure we were prepared for the journey ahead.

We flew out of Ramechhap airport to Lukla (all organized by Ganesh).

Once we were on our trek, we were able to customize and adjust our trek according to the weather, and to suit how we felt during our acclimatization.

We became a trekking family. Ang Dawa Sherpa was professional, patient, knowledgeable, supportive, and great company. Dawa Sherpa always greeted us with a smile, and was so resilient and strong carrying our luggage!
